I stayed here with the group of amway and this hotel is really a gem in south goa. My first experience and truly a heaven. Staff is amazing and courtesy is top notch. Specially heartiest thank-you to Mr. ***ish duty ***ager front office who went out of way in midnight and able to search my wife specs from group bus as we lose hope. The workers were excellent and was a great time. Sun was amazing and the beach was similarly magnificent. The cocktails were made brilliantly by Sachin who worked next to the pool for times I was there. Workers were very proactive and enhanced my time significantly from my friend madan. Would recommend to all!!

This was my third visit to this property. The first visit was somewhere in 2009 second visit was in 2011 and the third one was to celebrate Christmas with family in 2023. This property has undergone some major changes. Starting from check in where the staff was all ears about our requirement and also ensured that our requests are fulfilled. Also the pool , sea , service and hospitality everything is just perfect. My son really enjoyed and it’s kids friendly property. Only wish Christmas gala was more fun. My expectations was much more and it was not worth the hype. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

All Alila Diwa team members were amazing and some of whom we have interacted and remembered them for being at their best were Hanlula,Hi***shu from front desk team, ***ish, Arfaan, Roella from Vivo Restaurant, Alice from Alila Spa team as well as Reeni incharge of Kids play area. We would love to visit this place again during our next vacation in Goa.

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There’s a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I’m back in Goa.

Overall Lalit is a good property maybe bit faraway from airport. Service as reception was very bad specially ***ager Pooja wasn’t professional as promised to change the room after request but never helped. Food at breakfast wasn’t so good our stay was helpful only becoz of Chef Gurpreet who made all requested dishes for us & very tasty. Thanks to him but overall this property will be very good if they improve their reception ***agers & service. Thanks!

The one property I had not been to as yet. It was a great experience. Mr. Inzam at the reception helped us out very patiently in order to ensure that we got the rooms of our choice. The food in this property was really really good. Special mention to Mr. Sumesh and Mr Carson, who catered to all our wims and fancies. They ensured that we got everything at a moments notice. Mr Srikant was very helpful and patient driving us around in the golf carts. The kids really were well taken care of by the amazing team of Barmon, Chetna and Malvica. Very talented bunch I must say. Overall we had a great experience and will visit again. Downside I would say unlike Leela, the beach experience can be improved. Leela has better access to the beach.

Dona Sylvia is an all round wonderful hotel. The grounds are beautiful and though quite a long transfer from the airport, once there it’s very well located with short walks to the stunning beach, the village shops, restaurants and bars and the beautiful River Sal. The food was delicious and I always found non spicy choices on offer. There were a number of weddings and functions on when we were there which could be a concern but the hotel was big enough to absorb them and we actually found them joyous, colourful occasions and provided an insight into an aspect of Indian culture. Last but not least,the staff were a credit to the hotel and also their country. Special mentions to Rohan, Jelano, Clyvon and Biswajit at the Amalia Bar, to Tanmoy, A****a and Naong in The Seagull Restaurant, to Rakesh at Mamma Mia and our ever smiling room cleaner Rhys. We were very well supported by our great Tui rep, Karen and we will return.
