Excellent hotel inside, outside is not good but then nowhere outside in Delhi is very good. Don’t be put off by the outside appearence of the hotel—when you go inside it’s a transformation. Staff friendly, efficient & helpful. Security on the door was a positive. Location was good too — close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It’s also not too far from Old Delhi. It’s also close to a key metro station.
